Role Overview

Welders are responsible for precise metal joining, supporting the safe and efficient completion of construction and industrial assignments. Key Responsibilities
Welders are tasked with preparing metal surfaces, interpreting welding specifications, and performing high-quality welds using FCAW, SMAW, and GTAW techniques. They inspect and repair metal structures, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain welding equipment. Welders coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently, especially in industrial environments where precision and safety are paramount. Their role contributes directly to project success by maintaining structural strength and preventing defects in welded components.
Skills and Required Qualifications
Candidates must have practical experience in welding and proficiency in FCAW, SMAW, and GTAW techniques. Required documents include a valid Absher Iqama, passport and visa copies, insurance, Muqeem, and blood group information. Key skills include:
