These roles are suitable for candidates who have construction experience and are ready to contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. Skilled tradesmen and general workers are important parts of successful construction operations, supporting structural work, site development, maintenance activities, and daily project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade and project requirements. Carpenters will handle formwork, structural carpentry, and wood-related construction activities while following site drawings and specifications. Steel Fixer Foremen will supervise steel fixing teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure reinforcement work is completed according to project standards. Carpenter Foremen and Civil Foremen will manage workers, monitor progress, and coordinate site operations to achieve project targets. Scaffolders will safely erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures while following approved safety procedures and TUV standards. Painters will complete painting and finishing works as assigned, while Helpers will provide general support by assisting skilled workers, moving materials, preparing work areas, and maintaining site cleanliness. All workers must follow company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective construction fields and the ability to work effectively in an industrial project environment. Foremen-level candidates must have strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, and the ability to coordinate multiple site activities under deadlines. Scaffolders must hold an Original TUV certification and understand proper scaffolding erection and safety requirements. Carpenters should be familiar with formwork and structural carpentry techniques, while painters should have practical experience with surface preparation and finishing work. Helpers should be physically fit, reliable, and capable of supporting daily construction activities. Knowledge of Saudi construction practices, workplace safety requirements, and teamwork skills will be beneficial for all positions.
