Safety Officer & WPR (Long Term)
The industrial construction and energy sector continues to create excellent career opportunities for qualified safety professionals and Work Permit Receivers (WPRs). As large-scale industrial projects expand, companies are seeking experienced personnel who can maintain workplace safety, manage permit systems, and ensure compliance with project standards. A leading recruitment drive is now open for Safety Officers, Aramco-approved WPRs, and Non-Aramco WPRs for a long-term project with company-provided benefits.
Excellent Career Opportunities in Industrial Safety
Safety Officers and Work Permit Receivers play a vital role in maintaining safe and efficient industrial operations. Safety Officers are responsible for implementing health and safety procedures, conducting inspections, and preventing workplace accidents, while WPRs manage work permit systems and ensure that all work activities comply with project safety requirements. Their expertise helps reduce operational risks, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with industrial safety regulations, making these positions highly valued across major projects.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Safety Officers will conduct routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, monitor compliance with safety procedures, organize toolbox talks, and prepare safety reports. They will also ensure that workers use personal protective equipment correctly and follow approved health and safety regulations. Aramco-approved and Non-Aramco WPRs will issue and manage work permits, coordinate with supervisors and contractors, verify that work areas are safe before activities begin, and ensure all permit requirements are fully complied with throughout daily operations. Both roles require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants for the Safety Officer position should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a valid NEBOSH Certificate with email verification, and a Technical Degree or Diploma Certificate. Candidates applying for WPR positions should possess relevant experience along with a valid TUV certificate and supporting experience certificates. All applicants must have a valid Iqama, original passport, and complete documentation. Candidates who are immediately available and meet the employer’s requirements will receive preference during the selection process.
