Key Responsibilities

Scaffolders are responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures used by workers at various heights. They must ensure that all structures are stable, secure, and compliant with safety standards before use. Regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding systems are also part of their duties.

Rigger Level 3 professionals are responsible for handling lifting operations, including attaching loads, guiding crane operators, and ensuring safe movement of heavy materials. They must use proper rigging techniques and follow standard safety procedures to avoid accidents.

Both roles require strict adherence to safety regulations, effective communication with team members, and coordination with supervisors and site engineers.

Skills and Requirements

Candidates must have relevant experience in scaffolding or rigging roles. A valid TUV certification (original) is mandatory for both positions, ensuring that candidates meet industry safety and operational standards.

This requirement is specifically open to Bangladeshi candidates only, as mentioned by the employer. Applicants must also have complete and valid documentation, including Iqama, Muqeem, Insurance, Passport, and Body Fitness certificate.

Physical fitness, the ability to work at heights (for scaffolders), and experience in industrial environments are essential. Strong discipline and teamwork skills are also required for success in these roles.
