Primary Duties and Job Responsibilities

QC Instrument Inspectors are responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying the installation of instrumentation systems to ensure compliance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and international quality requirements. They perform inspections of transmitters, control valves, gauges, analyzers, impulse tubing, and instrument installations while reviewing engineering drawings, inspection reports, and quality documentation. The role also involves conducting calibration checks, preparing inspection records, coordinating with construction and commissioning teams, identifying non-conformities, and ensuring all instrumentation work meets project quality standards before handover.

Professional Qualifications and Required Skills

Applicants must hold a valid Aramco Approval, have successfully passed the CBT (Computer-Based Test), and possess a valid IQMS Approval, all of which are mandatory for this position. Candidates should have relevant experience as a QC Instrument Inspector on oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of instrumentation inspection procedures, calibration techniques, international quality standards, and Aramco specifications is essential.
