Primary Duties and Job Responsibilities
Manlift Operators are responsible for safely operating manlift equipment to transport workers and materials to elevated work areas while performing daily equipment inspections and ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards. They must follow lifting procedures, maintain equipment records, and operate machinery efficiently in accordance with project requirements. Scaffolders are responsible for assembling, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures while ensuring they meet safety regulations and project specifications. They work closely with supervisors and other trades to provide safe access platforms and maintain a secure working environment. Both positions require strict adherence to safety procedures, teamwork, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Professional Qualifications and Required Skills
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trade and be physically fit to work in industrial environments. Manlift Operators should have practical experience operating aerial lifting equipment and a strong understanding of safe operating procedures. Scaffolders should possess knowledge of scaffold erection, dismantling techniques, and fall protection requirements.
