Job Role Overview & Importance
These positions are essential for supporting construction and industrial operations. Coaster vehicles ensure the safe transportation of workers and materials, while Civil Foremen supervise construction activities, manage manpower, and ensure work is completed according to project standards and safety requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Coaster with Driver candidates will be responsible for transporting workers safely, maintaining the assigned vehicle, and following company transportation schedules. Civil Foremen will supervise daily site activities, coordinate labor, monitor work quality, ensure safety compliance, and report project progress to site management.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective fields. Civil Foremen should possess strong leadership and site supervision skills, while Coaster with Driver applicants must have suitable driving experience and the required vehicle. Candidates must also have valid employment documents for mobilization.
