Responsibilities and Daily Work

Selected candidates will monitor designated work locations, observe ongoing operations, identify potential safety hazards, and respond quickly during emergency situations. They will coordinate with safety personnel and supervisors, ensure emergency equipment is readily available, and maintain compliance with company safety procedures. Standby Men are also expected to communicate effectively with project teams and support safe working practices at all times.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should have relevant industrial experience and be physically fit to work in demanding project environments. A valid Iqama with more than three months of validity, along with a Chamber and Vendor Code, is mandatory for this position.
