Role Overview

Responsibilities & Duties

Welders prepare materials, operate welding machines, and produce precise, durable welds per project specifications. They must adhere strictly to safety regulations, inspect their work for quality, and report any inconsistencies. Safety Officers develop and manage safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance and emergency support to maintain a secure work environment. Standby Men assist in supervising daily operations, ensure safety standards are followed, and support smooth workflow. Wheel Loader Operators handle machinery such as the SPSP Wheel Loader Model 966H, transporting materials, loading trucks, and assisting in site preparation and maintenance. Required Skills & Expertise

Welders should have strong technical skills, third-party certification, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience in industrial or construction settings is highly preferred. Safety Officers must hold Nebosh certification, possess knowledge of risk management, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to coordinate with employees and management. Standby Men should have a TUV card, good English skills, and the ability to assist in safety enforcement and operational monitoring.
