Role Overview

Black Shield International Company is urgently seeking qualified professionals for multiple industrial, mechanical, and construction roles in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. These positions are crucial for supporting ongoing projects, maintaining operational efficiency, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality compliance. Roles include Riggers, QA/QC Inspectors, Pipe Fabricators, Welders, Fire Watch personnel, Millwrights, HSE Inspectors, and Supervisors. Each position contributes to maintaining project timelines, minimizing operational risks, and supporting safe, high-intensity work environments.

Key Responsibilities

Rigger III (TUV) – Lift, move, and position heavy materials safely while coordinating with crane operators and following rigging protocols.
Inspector QA/QC (Mechanical/Piping & Welding) – Verify welding, mechanical, and piping work to ensure it meets project specifications; CSWIP certification preferred.
Pipe Fabricators & Pipe Fitters – Fabricate, cut, and install piping systems according to drawings, maintaining structural integrity and safety standards.
Fire Watch Personnel – Monitor high-risk operations like welding and cutting, prevent fire hazards, and enforce safety protocols.
Millwrights – Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment to support uninterrupted plant operations.
HSE Inspectors – Conduct site inspections, enforce safety regulations, and ensure compliance with industrial standards.
Supervisors / Foremen – Manage teams, monitor workflow, and maintain quality and safety standards across all operations.
WPR (Work Permit Receivers) – Handle permits, monitor compliance, and coordinate between contractors and supervisors.

All roles require strict adherence to safety procedures, teamwork, and timely execution of tasks to ensure overall project success.

Skills and Required Qualifications

Candidates must have prior experience in their respective roles, preferably on industrial or construction projects within Saudi Arabia. Essential skills and qualifications include:
