Play a Vital Role in Industrial Safety Operations
Stand By Men and Fire Watch personnel are essential members of every industrial project. They help maintain a safe working environment by monitoring high-risk activities, supporting safety teams, and ensuring compliance with approved work procedures. Their presence during critical operations helps prevent workplace incidents and ensures that construction and maintenance activities continue safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Daily Duties
Selected candidates will monitor work areas during hazardous activities, remain alert for potential safety risks, and assist supervisors in maintaining safe working conditions. Fire Watch personnel will oversee hot work operations such as welding and cutting, ensure firefighting equipment is readily available, and respond immediately to any fire hazards.
