Support Critical Industrial Shutdown Operations

Shutdown projects require experienced manpower to complete maintenance and mechanical activities safely within a limited timeframe. Stand By Men help maintain safe working conditions during high-risk activities, while Mechanical Fitters are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment. Both positions play an important role in ensuring project work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project standards.

Job Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Stand By Men will monitor work areas, support permit-to-work activities, observe ongoing operations, and immediately report any unsafe conditions to supervisors. Mechanical Fitters will perform equipment installation, maintenance, alignment, dismantling, and repair work according to engineering specifications. Candidates in both roles are expected to follow safety procedures, maintain good teamwork, and complete assigned tasks with professionalism throughout the shutdown period.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants should have relevant industrial project experience in their respective trades. A valid Vendor Code is mandatory for both positions. Candidates must also bring all required coloured documents, including their CV and supporting employment documents, for verification during the interview. Individuals who are available for immediate mobilization and can work efficiently in a shutdown environment will receive preference.
