Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by implementing health and safety procedures across industrial operations. They play a vital role in preventing workplace incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees. Their expertise supports smooth project execution while protecting personnel, equipment, and company assets.

Main Responsibilities and Daily Duties

Selected candidates will conduct routine site inspections, identify workplace hazards, monitor compliance with safety regulations, investigate incidents, and recommend corrective actions. They will organize safety meetings, deliver toolbox talks, verify the proper use of personal protective equipment, and prepare HSE reports. Safety Officers are also expected to work closely with project management to ensure all activities comply with Aramco safety requirements and company standards.

Skills, Experience & Eligibility

Applicants must hold Aramco Safety Officer Approval and have more than 8 years of industrial project experience. Candidates should possess excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. A valid Iqama and Health Insurance are mandatory for this position. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be an advantage.
