Safety Officers play a critical role in ensuring that industrial operations are carried out without incidents or injuries. They are responsible for implementing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. Their contribution helps protect employees, equipment, and project operations while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Main Responsibilities and Daily Duties
The selected candidates will monitor daily work activities, conduct safety inspections, identify and report hazards, investigate incidents, and ensure that workers follow established safety procedures. They will also deliver safety briefings, maintain HSE documentation, verify the proper use of personal protective equipment, and coordinate with supervisors to improve workplace safety performance throughout the project.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should possess relevant industrial safety experience and hold a valid NEBOSH Certificate. Candidates must present their original passport during the recruitment process. The employer has specified that only Absher Iqama, Insurance, and a passport-size photograph are required, while a standard Iqama copy is not needed.
