Main Duties and Responsibilities

Safety Officers monitor compliance with safety regulations, and WPR operators handle equipment and process tasks. Supervisory roles, such as Piping, Electrical, and Civil Supervisors/Foremen, oversee teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality standards. All roles require adherence to safety protocols and teamwork for smooth site operations.
Required Skills and Expertise
Candidates must have relevant experience and technical knowledge in their respective trades. Fabricators and fitters should be skilled in welding and blueprint reading. Scaffolders and riggers need proper rigging and load handling training. Carpenters, steel fixers, and masons should demonstrate precision and craftsmanship. Supervisors and safety officers require leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge. Essential documents include a valid Iqama, Muqeem, insurance, body fitness certificate, and vendor code. Previous experience on long-term industrial or construction projects is highly preferred for seamless integration into ongoing operations.
