Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective job categories while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Helpers and Cable Pullers will assist with electrical and instrumentation installation activities, while Electricians and E&I Technicians will install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems. Piping Foremen and E&I Foremen will supervise daily site operations, coordinate manpower, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Pipe Painters will prepare and coat piping systems using approved industrial painting procedures while maintaining quality standards throughout the project.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant industrial experience in their respective trades, preferably on construction, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects. Supervisory positions require strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams, and knowledge of project execution procedures. Technical candidates should be familiar with installation techniques, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety regulations.
