Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Successful candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade while following company procedures and industrial safety regulations. Electricians will handle electrical installation and maintenance, WPRs will manage work permits and ensure safe work execution, Grinder Men will perform grinding and surface preparation tasks, while Painters will carry out industrial painting activities. E&I Foremen and Supervisors will oversee electrical and instrumentation teams, monitor project progress, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Cable Pullers will install and route industrial cables, and Helpers will provide general assistance to technical teams throughout the project.
Required Skills, Experience, and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction projects related to their respective trades. Candidates must possess the required project documents, including a valid Iqama, Passport, Muqeem Report, Body Fitness Certificate, Insurance, GOSI Registration, and two passport-size photographs. The original passport is mandatory for recruitment. Candidates should demonstrate good technical knowledge, teamwork, discipline, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and project quality standards.
