Job Responsibilities Across All Positions
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned roles while maintaining Aramco safety and quality standards. Spray Painters will prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings on industrial equipment and structures. Crew Supervisors will lead work teams, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure productivity and compliance with project requirements. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work procedures, verify work conditions, and coordinate safe work execution. Safety Officers will monitor site safety, conduct inspections, investigate hazards, and ensure compliance with company and client safety regulations. Rigger Level I and Level II personnel will safely perform lifting and rigging operations, inspect lifting equipment, communicate with crane operators, and follow approved lifting plans to ensure safe material handling throughout the project.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industrial, construction, or oil and gas project experience in their respective fields. All candidates must possess valid documents and be capable of working in a professional project environment. Ajeer registration is mandatory for every position. Crew Supervisors must hold valid JIGPC Approval, while Work Permit Receivers should have valid WPR certification where applicable. Safety Officers must have strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures, hazard identification, and risk assessment. Riggers should be experienced in lifting operations and familiar with industry safety standards. Previous Aramco project experience will be considered a strong advantage for all positions.
