Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Rigger Level-3:
The Rigger Level-3 will be responsible for performing safe lifting, shifting, and securing of heavy equipment and materials at the project site. Duties include planning rigging activities, selecting appropriate lifting gear, and ensuring all operations are executed according to approved safety procedures. The role also involves inspecting slings, shackles, ropes, and other rigging equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition before use. Any defects or hazards must be reported immediately to supervisors. The rigger must coordinate closely with crane operators and site engineers to ensure smooth and accident-free lifting operations.
W.P.R:
The W.P.R (Welding Pipe Repair) personnel will support industrial welding and pipe repair activities on-site. Responsibilities include assisting in welding operations, ensuring proper alignment and preparation of pipes, and maintaining high-quality standards in welding work. They must also follow strict safety guidelines, assist mechanical teams, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications. Proper documentation of work activities and adherence to Aramco safety requirements are essential parts of the role.
Both positions require strict adherence to safety regulations, effective communication with team members, and continuous awareness of potential hazards in industrial environments.
Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must possess valid Aramco-approved certification relevant to their position. Prior experience in industrial construction, rigging operations, or welding/pipe repair work is highly preferred. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge of tools, equipment handling, and site safety procedures.
Other essential requirements include physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure in challenging site conditions. Strong teamwork, discipline, and communication skills are necessary to ensure smooth coordination with supervisors and colleagues.
Candidates must also provide complete documentation, including Absher Iqama, Iqama card, passport and visa copies, Iqama expiry copy, and a recent passport-size photograph. The original passport is required for verification at the time of office submission. All documents must be submitted in clear color copies along with originals for processing.
