The HSE & Quality Inspection Specialist role is a critical position within industrial and construction projects, particularly in high-demand sectors such as oil, gas, and petrochemical industries in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures that all site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with strict international and company standards. Safety Officers and QC Inspectors play an essential part in protecting workers, maintaining operational integrity, and ensuring that project deliverables meet required quality benchmarks. In regions like Dammam and Jubail, where large-scale industrial projects are continuously ongoing, these roles are highly valued due to their direct impact on workplace safety and project success. The importance of this job increases significantly in Aramco-approved environments where compliance and precision are mandatory.

Across all roles, communication with project teams and reporting of non-conformance issues are essential duties.

Applicants for these positions must possess strong technical knowledge in safety management or quality control depending on their specialization. Safety Officers should have a solid understanding of occupational health and safety standards, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. Registration with the Saudi Engineering Council is mandatory for relevant roles.
