Key Responsibilities

Millwrights handle installation, alignment, and maintenance of heavy mechanical equipment, ensuring smooth operation of rotating machinery and industrial systems. Permit Receivers ensure that all work activities are properly authorized before execution, verifying safety conditions and coordinating with supervisors. All roles require strict adherence to safety guidelines, regular inspection of tools and equipment, and coordination with site engineers to complete tasks efficiently. Workers must also report issues immediately and ensure compliance with project standards at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience in industrial projects, particularly in welding, fabrication, mechanical installation, or permit control systems. Multi Welders should be skilled in TIG and ARC welding techniques with knowledge of different metals and joint types. Fabricators must understand technical drawings, measurements, and metal shaping processes. Millwrights should be experienced in mechanical alignment, equipment installation, and maintenance procedures. Permit Receivers must have strong knowledge of permit-to-work systems, hazard identification, and site safety protocols. Across all positions, candidates should possess good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and awareness of industrial safety standards. Gulf experience is preferred, along with valid documentation such as iqama, medical fitness, and prior site certifications.
