This recruitment drive is focused on strengthening project execution in construction, piping, fabrication, welding, safety, and quality control departments. Key Responsibilities
Each selected candidate will be responsible for performing duties according to their designated role on the project site. The Construction Manager and Site In-charge will oversee overall project execution, manage workforce activities, and ensure timely completion of work. Piping Supervisors and Piping Foremen will coordinate daily piping activities, guide teams, and ensure proper alignment with engineering drawings. Fabricators and Piping Fitters will handle cutting, fitting, and assembling of pipes and structures with accuracy. Welders (4G/6G) will perform high-quality welding as per project specifications. Riggers (Level II & III) will manage lifting operations safely and efficiently. Firewatch personnel will monitor hot work areas to ensure safety compliance, while Permit Receivers will manage work permits and authorize site activities. QA/QC professionals will inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards throughout the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge and relevant hands-on experience in industrial construction or maintenance projects. Supervisory staff should demonstrate leadership skills, site coordination ability, and knowledge of construction planning. Skilled workers such as welders, fitters, and fabricators must have valid certifications and expertise in reading technical drawings and using industrial tools. Riggers must be trained in lifting operations and safety procedures, while Firewatch and Permit Receivers should have a clear understanding of site safety regulations.
