Key Responsibilities

They must ensure stability and proper installation before allowing workers to access elevated areas.
Flagmen are responsible for controlling movement within construction zones, guiding vehicles and equipment, and ensuring safe passage for workers. They play a key role in preventing accidents and maintaining clear communication between site teams and machine operators. Helpers assist skilled workers by carrying materials, preparing tools, and supporting daily tasks to ensure uninterrupted workflow at the construction site.
All workers must follow supervisor instructions, maintain discipline on-site, and strictly adhere to safety procedures. Cooperation, teamwork, and alertness are essential to ensure smooth project execution without delays or hazards.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for these roles must have basic to intermediate experience in industrial construction environments. Scaffolders should have knowledge of scaffolding techniques, load-bearing safety, and assembly procedures. Certification or prior Gulf experience is considered an advantage. Flagmen should understand site safety signals, communication methods, and traffic control procedures within industrial zones.
Helpers are expected to have physical strength, basic understanding of tools and materials, and willingness to learn on the job. All candidates must be able to follow instructions clearly, work in team environments, and adapt to fast-paced construction conditions. Basic awareness of safety standards and PPE usage is mandatory for all categories.
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or similar GCC countries is highly preferred, especially in large-scale industrial or shutdown projects.
