Role Overview

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The operator is responsible for safely controlling heavy machinery to complete excavation, lifting, and transportation tasks according to project requirements. Daily machine inspections must be carried out before starting work to ensure safety and operational readiness. Operators must strictly follow site safety regulations and adhere to supervisor instructions at all times. Coordination with engineers and site workers is essential to complete tasks efficiently and without delay. Any mechanical issues or breakdowns must be reported immediately to avoid project interruptions. Maintaining discipline, productivity, and safety standards throughout working hours is a core responsibility.

Required Skills and Expertise

Candidates must have proven experience in operating heavy equipment along with valid operator licenses. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and machine handling techniques is essential. The role requires physical fitness, alertness, and the ability to work in demanding outdoor conditions. Experience in Gulf or large-scale industrial projects is highly preferred. Applicants must hold valid IQAMA, TUV certification, and other required documents as per Saudi project regulations.
