H2: Role Importance
The Safety Officer role plays a critical part in ensuring all site operations are conducted in a safe and controlled environment. Job Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will be responsible for supervising site safety activities, conducting inspections, and identifying potential hazards before they cause incidents. They will enforce the use of PPE, prepare safety reports, and ensure compliance with NEBOSH and OSHA standards. Regular coordination with engineers, supervisors, and site workers is required to maintain a strong safety culture. Incident investigation and risk assessment are also key responsibilities to prevent workplace accidents and improve safety performance.
The Multi Welder-SS will handle stainless steel welding tasks according to project specifications, ensuring accuracy and durability in all fabrication work. They must follow technical drawings, maintain welding quality standards, and ensure safe handling of welding tools and equipment throughout the job.
Required Skills & Experience
Candidates applying for Safety Officer must have a minimum of 5+ years of industrial safety experience with valid NEBOSH, OSHA, and BLS certifications. Strong knowledge of hazard control, emergency response procedures, and site safety auditing is essential. Leadership skills and the ability to manage safety compliance on large industrial sites are highly required.
For Multi Welder-SS positions, applicants must have proven experience in stainless steel welding with a valid running card. Knowledge of welding techniques, industrial fabrication standards, and blueprint interpretation is necessary. Both roles require discipline, physical fitness, and the ability to work in demanding industrial environments under strict supervision.
