Key Responsibilities
Masons are responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and concrete structures according to engineering drawings while ensuring strength and alignment in all construction works. Carpenters handle the fabrication and installation of wooden structures, formworks, doors, and frameworks required for building construction. Plumbers are tasked with installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply systems, drainage pipelines, and sanitary fixtures, ensuring proper flow and leak-free systems. Electricians are responsible for installing electrical wiring, distribution boards, lighting systems, and ensuring all electrical installations are safe and compliant with standards. All workers must follow site instructions, maintain discipline, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones.
