Overview of the Role

Ihtimal Contracting Company is urgently recruiting manpower for a large-scale oil and gas project in Ras Tanura. This requirement covers multiple technical, safety, and support roles essential for shutdown and maintenance activities in industrial plants. Such projects demand highly skilled and semi-skilled workers to ensure safe execution of piping, scaffolding, insulation, and lifting operations. Each position plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely completion of work in accordance with Aramco and industrial standards. Immediate mobilization is required due to project urgency and continuous site operations.

Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

All selected candidates will perform duties according to their trade specialization. Foreman Piping will supervise piping teams and manage site activities. Piping Fabricators and Pipe Fitters will handle fabrication, installation, alignment, and mechanical piping work. Riggers Level 3 will manage lifting operations and ensure safe handling of heavy materials. Grindermen will perform grinding and finishing work as required. Safety Officers will monitor site conditions and enforce safety standards. Work Permit Receivers will manage permits and ensure all tasks are properly authorized before execution. Firewatch personnel will monitor hot work areas to prevent fire hazards. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures, while Insulators and Cladders will handle insulation and cladding work on industrial equipment. Insulation Foremen will supervise insulation teams and ensure quality control.

Skills, Experience, and Required Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in oil and gas shutdown or industrial maintenance projects. Aramco approval or chamber registration is mandatory for all positions. Technical workers such as Pipe Fitters, Fabricators, Riggers, Scaffolders, Insulators, and Cladders must possess strong hands-on skills in their respective trades. Safety Officers and Work Permit Receivers must be familiar with Aramco safety regulations and permit-to-work systems. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding industrial environments. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and adherence to safety rules are essential for all applicants.

Project Terms and Conditions

All positions require chamber registration. Interview will be conducted next week. Work location is Ras Tanura. Project is long-term with immediate mobilization. Salary will be processed after 45 days as per timesheet system.
