Welder 3G/4G
A Welder 3G/4G is a skilled welding professional responsible for performing high-quality welding work on industrial and construction projects. This position requires the ability to work in different welding positions while maintaining proper weld quality, accuracy, and safety standards. Welders working on projects in Saudi Arabia are expected to understand welding procedures, follow site instructions, and maintain consistent workmanship. The role is particularly important in projects where welded joints must meet strict technical and inspection requirements.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
The Welder 3G/4G RT will be responsible for carrying out welding activities according to approved procedures, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The worker may perform welding in vertical and overhead positions and must ensure that joints are properly prepared before welding. Responsibilities can include checking welding equipment, maintaining proper welding parameters, cleaning and preparing surfaces, identifying visible welding defects, and completing assigned work within the required schedule. The welder must also follow all site safety rules and cooperate with supervisors, inspectors, and other construction personnel. Proper handling and care of welding equipment and consumables are also essential parts of the job.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience as a 3G/4G Welder and be capable of producing quality welds according to project requirements. A valid Original TUV Certificate is required for this vacancy. Candidates must also have a valid Absher/Iqama, with the Iqama valid for at least 3 months, along with insurance valid for 3 months. Good knowledge of welding practices, safety procedures, equipment handling, and workplace discipline is expected. Candidates should ensure that all certificates and identification documents are genuine, current, and available for verification.
