Description
This recruitment drive covers a wide range of job categories designed to support heavy industrial and construction activities in Jubail. The purpose of these roles is to contribute to fabrication, installation, structural work, maintenance, and site supervision across different project areas. Each position plays an important role in ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to engineering and project standards. The project environment requires disciplined workers who can handle demanding industrial tasks while maintaining quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Workers will be assigned tasks based on their respective roles. HSE Officers will ensure strict safety compliance at all working sites. Helpers will assist skilled workers in daily operations. Welders (6G TIG & ARC, including stainless steel) will perform high-quality welding for piping and structural systems. Pipe Fabricators and Pipe Fitters will handle cutting, fitting, and assembly of pipeline systems. Riggers (Level III-TUV) and Crane Operators will manage lifting operations safely. Electrical Technicians will handle installation and maintenance of electrical systems, while Civil Supervisors will oversee construction activities. Carpenters, Masons, and Plumbers will perform finishing and structural support work. Steel Erectors will manage steel structure installation. Pipe Supervisors/Foremen will coordinate pipe-related works and supervise teams to ensure productivity and accuracy.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience in their respective trades along with strong technical knowledge of industrial and construction environments. Welders must be skilled in 6G TIG and ARC welding techniques, while pipe fitters and fabricators should understand technical drawings and installation procedures. Electrical technicians must be capable of troubleshooting and maintaining industrial systems. Supervisors and foremen should demonstrate leadership and site management abilities. Crane operators and riggers must hold valid certifications such as TUV. All applicants should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
