Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for executing assigned site duties based on their job category while maintaining strict safety compliance and teamwork discipline. Scaffolders will handle erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to engineering standards and safety requirements. Helpers will support skilled workers in transporting materials, assisting in assembly work, and maintaining site cleanliness. All workers must follow supervisor instructions, ensure proper tool handling, and contribute to smooth workflow operations. Workers are also expected to maintain punctuality, follow site safety protocols, and actively participate in daily construction activities to ensure project deadlines are met without compromise.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess practical field experience relevant to construction or scaffolding work. Scaffolders must have valid TUV certification or equivalent proof of competency, along with strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, load distribution, and safety procedures. Helpers should be physically fit, capable of performing manual labor, and willing to work in demanding site conditions. Basic understanding of industrial safety standards and teamwork coordination is required for all positions. Candidates should also demonstrate discipline, adaptability, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous Gulf experience will be considered an added advantage for handling large-scale project environments efficiently.
