Heavy Driver (SACC)
Heavy vehicle drivers are an important part of industrial and construction operations, transporting equipment, materials, and specialized machinery between work areas. Drivers working with heavy-duty vehicles must have strong road awareness, practical vehicle-handling skills, and a responsible approach to safety. An urgent recruitment opportunity is currently available in Jazan for experienced Heavy Drivers and Supersucker Heavy Drivers, with four positions available for a four-month assignment.
Current Driving Opportunities
The recruitment includes two positions for Heavy Drivers and two positions specifically for Heavy Drivers experienced with Supersucker equipment. Supersucker vehicles are specialized vacuum systems commonly used for industrial cleaning and material removal, requiring operators who understand the vehicle’s controls, operating procedures, and site safety requirements.
Heavy Drivers are generally responsible for operating assigned vehicles safely, carrying equipment or materials as required, and completing daily transportation duties according to site instructions. Drivers must also carry out basic checks before operating the vehicle and report mechanical problems or safety concerns to the responsible team.
Responsibilities and Workplace Expectations
Successful drivers are expected to operate their assigned heavy vehicles carefully and follow project transportation and safety procedures. Daily duties may include inspecting the vehicle before use, checking basic operating conditions, transporting materials or equipment, and coordinating with supervisors regarding work schedules and routes.
Supersucker drivers may additionally operate vacuum and suction systems according to approved procedures. Because specialized industrial vehicles can involve powerful equipment and potentially hazardous materials, operators should follow site instructions closely and use the required personal protective equipment.
Safe driving, punctuality, vehicle care, and clear communication with supervisors are important qualities for both positions. Candidates should also be prepared to work according to the project’s operational requirements throughout the contract period.
Eligibility and Required Documentation
Applicants should have relevant experience operating heavy vehicles, while candidates applying for the Supersucker position should have suitable experience with this type of specialized equipment. The recruitment notice specifically lists Vendor Code and Ajeer among the requirements.
Candidates are also asked to provide the required documents and Original Passport. Since the advertisement does not specify a particular driving license category, minimum experience period, accommodation arrangement, or working hours, applicants should confirm these details directly with the recruitment representatives before joining.
