Description

Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders are required to erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to engineering drawings and safety standards while ensuring stability and proper load distribution. They must inspect all materials before use and report any defects immediately. Riggers are responsible for planning and executing lifting operations, selecting proper slings, shackles, and lifting gear, and guiding crane operators during load movement. Skills and Knowledge
