Multiple Skilled Construction Positions Available
The current requirement includes 1 Civil Supervisor, 2 Steel Fixers, 4 Steel Erectors, 2 Shuttering Carpenters, 3 Carpenters, 4 Masons, and 1 Tile Mason. These positions cover a wide range of construction activities and require workers who can perform their respective trades efficiently while following project specifications and site safety procedures.
The Civil Supervisor will coordinate construction activities, guide workers, monitor progress, and communicate with the project team. Steel Fixers and Steel Erectors will support reinforcement and structural steel activities, while Shuttering Carpenters and Carpenters will handle formwork and other carpentry-related tasks. Masons will carry out masonry and building work, while the Tile Mason will focus on tile installation and finishing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities at the Project
Selected workers will perform daily tasks according to their assigned trade and the requirements of the construction project. Steel Fixers may cut, bend, position, and secure reinforcement steel according to drawings and site instructions. Steel Erectors will assist with structural steel installation and positioning while maintaining proper safety precautions.
Shuttering Carpenters will prepare and install formwork for concrete work, while general Carpenters may handle construction and finishing activities involving timber and related materials. Masons will work on blockwork, plastering, and other masonry tasks, while the Tile Mason will be responsible for accurate tile preparation, alignment, fixing, and finishing.
The Civil Supervisor will oversee field activities and coordinate workers to help maintain productivity and workmanship standards. Teamwork, punctuality, practical trade knowledge, and attention to safety will be important across all positions.
