Key Responsibilities
Employees will be assigned responsibilities based on their job category, ensuring smooth execution of project tasks. Scaffolders will be responsible for safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards. Riggers and WPR-certified professionals will manage lifting operations, load handling, and equipment movement with strict safety supervision. QA/QC inspectors will monitor piping, welding, coating, and electrical works to ensure full compliance with project specifications. Supervisors will coordinate daily site activities, manage workforce efficiency, and enforce safety protocols. All workers must maintain proper documentation, report progress regularly, and ensure all tasks are completed within project timelines.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must possess relevant technical qualifications, industry certifications, and proven experience in construction or oil & gas projects. Aramco approval or equivalent certification is required for specialized roles such as QA/QC inspectors, riggers, and safety-related positions. Candidates should have strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, quality control procedures, and site execution methods. Practical experience in GCC countries, especially Saudi Arabia, will be considered a strong advantage. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and attention to detail are essential for handling complex site operations.
