The offshore construction and engineering sector is one of the most critical parts of Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas industry, especially in major project areas like Safaniya and Jubail. Amplitude Industrial Services is currently offering a very urgent offshore requirement for multiple technical, supervisory, and skilled positions. These roles are essential for supporting large-scale offshore fabrication, installation, maintenance, and commissioning projects. The work environment is highly specialized and demands strict adherence to safety standards, technical accuracy, and teamwork. Offshore projects are vital for ensuring continuous production and maintenance of energy infrastructure, and every role contributes directly to project success and operational safety. Candidates selected for these positions will be part of long-term industrial operations that require commitment, discipline, and professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities
All selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties based on their job category in offshore project environments. Field Engineers will manage technical execution, site coordination, and engineering support. Hook-up Superintendents will supervise offshore installation and ensure system integration is completed accurately. Fabrication Supervisors and Fabrication Foremen will oversee structural fabrication activities, ensuring quality and compliance with drawings and specifications. Painting Supervisors will manage coating and surface protection works, while Welding Supervisors and Welding Foremen will supervise welding operations and ensure proper standards are maintained. Scaffolding Foremen will manage safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding systems. Fabricators, Fitters, Welders, and Structural Welders will perform hands-on construction and welding tasks as per project requirements. Rigging Supervisors, Rigging Foremen, and TUV Level 3 Riggers will handle lifting operations safely and efficiently. Belzona Applicators will perform specialized coating and repair work. Fire Watchers will ensure safety during hot work operations, and Chief Clerks will manage documentation and administrative coordination. All personnel must strictly follow offshore safety procedures and report hazards immediately.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have strong technical knowledge and relevant offshore experience. Engineers and supervisors should have prior experience in oil and gas offshore projects and strong leadership skills. Fabrication, welding, and fitting professionals must be skilled in reading technical drawings, using industrial tools, and performing precise mechanical work. Rigging personnel must hold valid certifications such as TUV Level 3 and have expertise in lifting operations. Fire watchers and safety-related staff must understand offshore safety rules and emergency procedures. A valid BOSIET and H2S certification is mandatory for offshore deployment. All applicants must demonstrate physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and the ability to work in remote offshore environments under strict safety regulations.
