Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing technical and supervisory duties based on their respective categories. Piping Supervisors and E&I Supervisors will oversee installation activities, ensure compliance with engineering drawings, and manage workforce productivity on-site. E&I Foremen will supervise electrical and instrumentation tasks, coordinate with engineers, and ensure smooth execution of work. Cable Tray Fitters will handle installation and alignment of cable tray systems in industrial environments, while Helpers will support skilled workers in daily operations, material handling, and site preparation. All employees must strictly follow safety regulations, maintain discipline on-site, and ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks under supervision.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have relevant experience in industrial construction projects, particularly in oil & gas or large-scale infrastructure environments. Supervisory roles require strong leadership skills, technical understanding of engineering drawings, and ability to manage teams effectively. Fitters and technicians should have hands-on experience with installation work, tools, and industrial systems. Basic communication skills, physical fitness, and awareness of safety procedures are mandatory for all categories. Previous Gulf experience, especially in Saudi Arabia projects, will be considered a strong advantage. Candidates must also be capable of working in challenging environments such as room-to-room site duties and high-demand industrial zones like Jubail.
