The Civil Supervisor role is a key position within the construction and infrastructure sector, responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil engineering activities on-site. Key Responsibilities
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising all civil construction activities on site, including excavation, concrete works, structural installation, and finishing works. The supervisor monitors the quality of work performed by laborers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. He coordinates with engineers and project managers to resolve site issues and provides regular progress reports.
