Key Responsibilities

Painters carry out surface preparation, coating, and finishing work while ensuring proper mixing and application of paint materials and maintaining high-quality standards in industrial painting tasks. All workers must maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness while working effectively with team members on site.
Skills and Knowledge

Firewatch applicants must understand safety procedures and preferably hold a valid TUV certification, along with knowledge of hot work safety protocols. Painters should be skilled in surface preparation, paint application techniques, and industrial coating standards. All applicants should have the ability to work in physically demanding environments, possess basic communication and teamwork skills, and follow instructions with discipline.
