Unitech Arabia Co. Ltd is currently seeking experienced professionals for a long-term construction project in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is specifically targeted toward skilled Civil Supervisors with strong backgrounds in Aramco-standard construction sites. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring that large-scale infrastructure projects are executed with precision, safety, and compliance to international and Aramco construction standards. Civil Supervisors are responsible for overseeing site operations, managing workforce activities, and ensuring that all construction work meets quality benchmarks. This position is highly important in the construction industry as it directly impacts project efficiency, safety performance, and timely delivery of engineering milestones.
Key Responsibilities
The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily construction site operations, supervising labor teams, and ensuring that all civil works are executed according to approved project drawings and specifications. They will coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve on-site challenges. The role also includes monitoring site safety practices, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, and maintaining proper documentation of ongoing activities. Supervisors must inspect completed work, guide workers for quality improvements, and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising safety or construction standards. They are also expected to report progress updates and maintain discipline at the project site at all times.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have proven experience in Aramco construction projects, with strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and site supervision. Candidates are required to possess valid certifications such as BLS, OSHA, and First Aid, which demonstrate their capability to handle safety and emergency situations on-site. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be able to read and interpret construction drawings, manage teams efficiently, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Prior experience in large-scale industrial or oil & gas projects will be highly preferred. Only Philippine candidates with relevant qualifications and site experience will be considered for this position.
