Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be assigned duties based on their trade, including site safety monitoring, fabrication work, technical maintenance, and construction support. Fire Watch personnel will ensure strict safety compliance during hot work activities, while fabricators and steel fixers will handle structural assembly and metal works. Supervisors and schedulers will manage workflow coordination, project planning, and manpower allocation. Technicians such as instrument and electrical workers will be responsible for equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks. General laborers and carpenters will assist in site preparation, cleaning, formwork, and finishing activities to support smooth project execution.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants must possess relevant trade experience and basic knowledge of industrial or construction site operations. Fire Watch candidates should understand safety procedures and hazard prevention techniques. Fabricators, carpenters, and steel fixers must be skilled in reading measurements, using tools, and following technical drawings. Supervisory roles require leadership ability, planning skills, and communication with site teams. Technical positions such as instrument technicians should have knowledge of electrical systems, calibration, and equipment handling. Basic English or Arabic understanding is preferred for better coordination on site. Prior Gulf experience is an added advantage for all roles.
