Main Duties & Job Responsibilities

Spray and Brush Painters will prepare surfaces and apply protective coatings according to project requirements. Grinder Men will perform grinding, surface preparation, and finishing work using appropriate tools. Helpers will provide general assistance to skilled workers and supervisors. Every worker must follow site safety instructions, use the required PPE, maintain good housekeeping, and report unsafe conditions or equipment problems to the responsible supervisor.

Required Skills & Work Knowledge
