Key Responsibilities
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising all civil construction activities, including site preparation, structural work, and finishing tasks. He must ensure that workers follow engineering drawings, project specifications, and safety guidelines at all times. Coordination with electrical and plumbing teams is also a key responsibility, as this role requires prior experience in both fields. The foreman must assign tasks to workers, monitor progress, and report updates to site engineers or project managers. He is also responsible for ensuring that materials are used efficiently and that wastage is minimized. Maintaining site safety is a critical duty, which includes conducting daily inspections and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Skills and Knowledge
