Understanding the Available Roles

Responsibilities Across the Project
The selected employees will perform duties according to their respective trades and instructions from project supervisors. E&I Supervisors may coordinate work crews, monitor progress, and assist with technical and safety requirements. Surveyors will carry out measurements and help establish accurate reference points for construction activities. Rigger III workers will prepare and guide loads using appropriate rigging practices.
Civil and finishing workers will handle activities such as reinforcement fixing, carpentry, masonry, painting, grinding, and scaffolding according to their assigned responsibilities. Helpers will support skilled workers by moving materials, preparing tools, maintaining housekeeping, and assisting with general site tasks.
