Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for performing essential duties based on their job category. Scaffolders will assemble, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety standards, ensuring stability for workers at height. Helpers will assist skilled workers, transport materials, clean work areas, and support daily construction activities. Safety Officers will monitor site conditions, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents. All workers are expected to follow instructions from supervisors, maintain discipline on-site, and comply with company and client safety requirements. Proper coordination among teams is necessary to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
Skills and Knowledge
