Insulation Foreman & Instrument Technician

Core Responsibilities of Both Positions
Insulation Foreman candidates will supervise insulation crews, assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain strict safety standards throughout the worksite. They will coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project management to ensure timely completion of insulation activities while maintaining productivity and quality.
Instrument Technicians will install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial instruments and control systems used in processing plants. They will perform preventive maintenance, identify technical faults, interpret technical drawings, test instrumentation equipment, and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently according to project standards.
Both positions require strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under project deadlines.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Applicants should possess relevant experience in industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects. Insulation Foremen should have proven leadership experience, knowledge of insulation materials, planning abilities, and team management skills. Instrument Technicians should have sound technical knowledge of industrial instrumentation, calibration procedures, control systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance practices.
Candidates should be capable of understanding technical drawings, following safety procedures, communicating effectively with supervisors and team members, and adapting to demanding project environments. Previous experience on major industrial shutdown or maintenance projects will be considered an added advantage.
