Job Responsibilities Across All Positions
Each position carries specific responsibilities based on the trade while contributing to the successful execution of industrial projects. Rigging Foremen supervise lifting operations and ensure safe rigging practices. Rigger-3 personnel perform lifting, signaling, and rigging activities following safety procedures. Scaffolding Foremen lead scaffold erection and dismantling teams while ensuring compliance with international safety standards. Blasters prepare and clean metal surfaces before coating or painting operations. Welder Supervisors oversee welding activities, maintain quality standards, and supervise welding teams. Fabrication Supervisors manage fabrication work, coordinate manpower, and ensure drawings are followed correctly. Electricians for Maintenance inspect, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment. TIG Welders perform precision welding on stainless steel and other materials while maintaining high-quality workmanship. All candidates must follow company safety regulations and complete assigned work efficiently.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have previous experience in their respective trades on industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects. Strong technical knowledge, the ability to read drawings, understanding of safety regulations, and experience working in multicultural environments are highly preferred. Supervisory positions require leadership skills, team management abilities, and experience coordinating work activities. Technical trades should possess hands-on expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards. Valid industrial certifications such as BOSIET, H2H, and BLS are required according to project requirements.
