Civil Surveyor ( Jizan )
ERCON Group is urgently recruiting experienced Civil Surveyors for an ongoing project in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. Civil Surveyors play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of project measurements, layouts, and construction activities. Main Responsibilities of the Position
The Civil Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, establishing control points, preparing site layouts, verifying measurements, and ensuring that construction work follows approved engineering drawings and project specifications. Daily responsibilities include operating surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and Auto Levels, preparing survey reports, coordinating with engineers and supervisors, monitoring project progress, and resolving any site measurement discrepancies. The role also requires maintaining accurate survey records while ensuring all work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have previous experience as a Civil Surveyor on construction, industrial, infrastructure, refinery, or oil & gas projects. Candidates must be proficient in using modern surveying instruments, interpreting engineering drawings, and performing accurate calculations. Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication are essential for coordinating with project teams. Knowledge of surveying software and experience working in multicultural environments will be considered an advantage. Candidates should also possess valid project documents required for mobilization.
