Description
These roles are designed to support large-scale construction, oil & gas, and industrial development projects where precision, safety, and compliance are critical. Quality Control professionals such as Civil QC, Mechanical QC, Electrical QC, Batch Plant QC, and Piping QC engineers ensure that all work activities meet Aramco standards and project specifications. Similarly, Rigger Level-1 and Level-2 professionals play a vital role in safe lifting operations, while MEP Draftsmen contribute to accurate design and coordination. The purpose of these roles is to maintain project integrity, reduce errors, and ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved engineering standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Professionals in these roles are responsible for inspecting materials, verifying site activities, and ensuring all construction work complies with approved drawings and specifications. QC engineers monitor welding, piping, civil structures, electrical installations, and batch plant operations while preparing inspection reports and maintaining documentation. Riggers are responsible for safe lifting operations, equipment handling, and adherence to site safety protocols. Draftsmen prepare and update MEP drawings as per project requirements. All candidates are expected to coordinate with site engineers, report non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly to maintain project quality and safety standards.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge in their respective fields, along with Aramco approval where required. QC engineers should have expertise in inspection procedures, material testing, and industry codes and standards. Riggers must be certified (Level-1 or Level-2) with strong awareness of lifting safety practices. MEP Draftsmen should be skilled in AutoCAD and related drafting software. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Prior experience in Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred, along with relevant technical certifications and hands-on site experience.
