Bechtel Line Company has announced an immediate mobilization requirement for experienced Work Permit Receiver (WPR) and Rigger Level III professionals for its projects. These positions are suitable for skilled candidates who can work safely within an industrial project environment and understand the importance of following site procedures, permit requirements, lifting standards, and safety instructions. The project is initially planned for 4 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements and performance. Candidates should be ready for mobilization and must ensure that their documents and experience certificates are complete before submission.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
A WPR is responsible for managing and coordinating work permits according to approved site procedures. The role involves checking that the required permits are properly prepared, ensuring workers understand applicable safety precautions, and coordinating with relevant site personnel before work begins. A Rigger Level III is responsible for safe lifting and rigging operations, including preparing lifting equipment, checking rigging accessories, assisting with load handling, and following approved lifting plans. Both categories must maintain a strong safety mindset, follow instructions from supervisors and clients, and immediately report unsafe conditions. Candidates are expected to work responsibly in an industrial environment while maintaining high standards of discipline and workplace safety.
Required Expertise & Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective job category and be capable of performing duties according to industrial project standards. WPR candidates should understand work permit systems, site safety requirements, and permit coordination procedures.
