Mahdi Contracting Company is urgently seeking experienced and reliable manpower for several construction positions. The recruitment is for a long-term project with immediate mobilization, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates who are ready to join quickly. Vacancies are available for Steel Fixers, Carpenters, Masons, and Helpers. Selected workers will be assigned construction-related duties according to their trade and are expected to follow project safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Main Responsibilities & Site Duties
Steel Fixers will be responsible for cutting, bending, placing, and securing reinforcement steel according to construction drawings and site requirements. Carpenters will perform shuttering, formwork, wooden construction, and related carpentry activities. Masons will carry out blockwork, brickwork, plastering, and other general masonry duties while maintaining proper workmanship. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, cleaning, and other assigned construction tasks. All workers must maintain safety standards, cooperate with supervisors, and complete their duties efficiently.
Required Skills, Experience & Documents
Candidates should have practical experience relevant to the position they are applying for. Skilled workers should be familiar with construction tools, materials, work methods, and basic site safety requirements. Applicants must provide the required employment and identification documents for verification. GOSI, valid insurance, and Muqeem are specifically required for this recruitment.
